Method of preparation

 

100 g. oat flour is held in 280m and a little salted hot milk or water for 1 minute under constant stirring. The dish is removed from the fire, capped with a lid and let stand 5 minutes. The slurry  is served by adding fruit, vanilla, cinnamon and other relevant products. It can be changed according to the quantity of milk desired density.
